🚚 Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across all regions of Lebanon, including Beirut, Mount Lebanon, the North, the South, and the Bekaa.
Deliveries are handled by our trusted local courier partners.

⏰ Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier schedules.

💡 Rural or remote areas may require additional delivery time.

We’ll notify you via SMS or phone call once your order is on its way.

💸 Payment Method

All Venacup orders are Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
You’ll pay the courier in cash when your order is delivered.
Please make sure the correct amount is ready to ensure a smooth handoff.

💰 Shipping Fees

Shipping costs vary based on your location and will be clearly communicated before confirming your order.
In some promotional campaigns, Venacup may offer free or discounted delivery — these offers will be clearly stated at checkout or on our website.

📦 Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation message by email or WhatsApp.
If any detail is missing or unclear, our team will contact you before dispatching your order.

🔎 Tracking & Updates

Currently, tracking numbers are not available for local courier deliveries.
However, you can always contact us at info@venacup.com or reply to your order confirmation message to check the delivery status.

❗ Delayed or Missed Deliveries

We work hard to ensure timely deliveries, but sometimes delays can occur due to:

  • Courier schedules

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please contact us and we’ll follow up immediately with the courier.

💔 Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, opened, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at info@venacup.com
Our team will arrange pickup and replacement if eligible.
