Venacup Returns & Refunds Policy

At Venacup, we care about your comfort and safety. Because Venacup is an intimate personal care product, all items are handled with strict hygiene standards.

🩸 30-Day Return Policy (Unopened Boxes Only)

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened, unused items only.
To be eligible, your Venacup must:

  • Be in its original sealed packaging

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Include your order number or receipt

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed menstrual cups cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

💌 How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at info@venacup.com with your:

  • Full name and order number

  • Photo of the unopened product box

  • Short reason for the return

Once we review your request, our team will arrange pickup or collection from your location.
Please do not ship the product back yourself.

💸 Refund Method 

Because all Venacup orders are cash on delivery, refunds are handled as cash returns.
Once your item is collected and inspected:

  • We’ll contact you to confirm approval.

  • A refund will be issued in cash through our delivery partner within 5–10 business days.

If more than 15 business days pass without receiving your refund, contact info@venacup.com and we’ll follow up immediately.

❌ No Size Exchanges

Please choose your size carefully before ordering.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot exchange cups for another size once sold.

💔 Damaged or Wrong Items

If your Venacup arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
We’ll arrange pickup, inspect the item, and send a replacement if eligible.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used menstrual cups

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards or promotional gifts
